Really happy to announce that two of my greatest friends and maestros of Michelin, Angela Hartnett and Nigel Haworth are going to take to the stoves with me for two evenings of unmissable food, wine and high Alpine spirits at UNION in the old village of La Plagne Montalbert on Friday, 6 and Saturday, 7 March 2020.
