A tous mes chers clients, amis et amies,
Je me permets de vous adresser ces paroles du fond du coeur car, malgré tous mes efforts et ma volonté, je suis navré et triste de vous annoncer que Le Square sera temporairement fermé. La situation locale, nationale et globale ne permet plus le fonctionnement de l’entreprise et la décision de fermeture a été prise par les autorités françaises.
Je vous remercie de votre fidélité et de votre amabilité depuis ces 4 années que je vous accueille en toute convivialité et dans l’espoir de vous satisfaire et de vous revoir.
Sachez que ça n’a été qu’un plaisir pour moi de vous servir, de vous revoir et de vous connaître.
Je vous prie de savoir que ce n’est qu’avec un profond chagrin que vous adresse ces paroles et je continue à faire de mon mieux pourque la situation puisse être changée pour le mieux.
En vous remerciant toutes et tous d’avoir eu le plaisir de vous servir et de vous connaître, je tiens à vous tenir au courant dès que possible le futur du Square.

To all my dear customers and friends,
I write these words with a heavy heart, but I must let you know that The Square will be closed for a certain time, hopefully not too long. The local, national and international context has, unfortunately, had a negative impact that I cannot overcome.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for being my ‘regulars’ and also to say, “thank you” for your custom and your loyalty since I took over 4 years ago.
It has been a pleasure for me to welcome you and to serve you in the hope that you would enjoy a friendly welcome, decent service and a place that you would enjoy frequenting.
The closure, I hope, is simply temporary but it has been imposed upon me by higher French authorities.
I hope that you realise that it has been my pleasure and my intention from the start to welcome and satisfy you by any means possible.
I hope also that you realise that it has been my pleasure to meet you, to get to know you and to be able to count you as friends.
Please understand that this decision has been taken out of my hands and that I deeply regret that it has come to this.
I write these words from the heart and very much hope that I will be able to find a solution to turn the tables.
I am delighted to have had the pleasure to get to know you all and I will keep you apprised of any changes that might help The Square to survive.
In truth, and with my gratitude to you all, I very much hope, dear friends to see you all soon.
