Qui veut un nan offert ? Nos clients en tout cas raffolent de ce pain traditionnel indien : nature, au fromage, butter nan (au beurre), garlic nan (à l’ail), kheema nan (à la viande hachée d’agneau), mirchi nan (au piment), onion nan (à l’oignon), il y en a pour tous les goûts à la Villa Darjeeling !
Le nan est servi bien gonflé après sa cuisson sur la paroi de notre four tandoor traditionnel.

The nan is served plumped up after cooking on the wall of our traditional tandoor oven.
