Rencontre avec Grégory Le Heurt, fondateur de NAAWAH Cacao, qui façonne une filière cacaoyère courte et éthique au cœur des zones de post-conflit en Colombie. Dans le cadre de cette saison au Cap Estel, notre Chef Pâtissier Vincent Delhomme s'approprie ces grands crus pour créer une expérience gastronomique inédite, en mariant l'élégance emblématique du Cap Estel à l'intensité et à la complexité aromatique de ces terroirs d'exception.
Une démonstration de savoir-faire où l'humain, la terre et la haute gastronomie ne forment plus qu'un.

Meet Grégory Le Heurt, founder of NAAWAH Cacao, who is building a short, ethical cocoa supply chain in Colombia's post-conflict regions. As part of this season at Cap Estel, our Pastry Chef Vincent Delhomme embraces these rare grand crus to create a unique culinary experience, combining Cap Estel's signature elegance with the intensity and aromatic complexity of these remarkable terroirs.
