Créé en 2011 dans un cadre d'exception au sommet du vieux village d'Eze (à deux pas de l'entrée du jardin exotique), le Deli' propose un concept de restauration "rapide" où les visiteurs peuvent à la fois goûter aux vraies saveurs du Sud de la France et repartir avec quelques souvenirs culinaires (principalement huiles d’olive), en les essayant a travers le menu ou lors d'une dégustation (gratuite
). Notre cuisine est simple, faite principalement de salades, de pizzas "maison", de sandwichs (pan bagnat etc), d'assiettes de fromages et charcuterie, de lasagnes et parmigiana de la maison des pâtes à Monaco. L'accent est mis sur la qualité et l’origine des produits utilisés, le tout ponctué par l'utilisation d'huiles d'olive les plus variées. Created in 2011 in a place of exception, at the top of the old village of Eze (just a step away from the entrance of the exotic garden), Deli is resumed to a concept of fast food where visitors can taste South of France flavours and leave with some culinary souvenirs (mostly Olive Oils). The same they tried in their meal or during a tasting (free). Our cooking is simple, made mostly of salads, pizzas, gratins, sandwiches (baguette) & other snacking. The accent is on the quality of the used products. Our vegetables come from the best regions of France and we use daily fresh baked traditional baguette. Meats come from butcher in France or Italy, the wine from Provence, our fruit juices are organics and all types of olive oils we use in our cooking are made in the South France and from Nice. Every year, for the little shop, we select ranges of French delicatessen products (olive oils, vinegars, mustards, condiments, wines-champagnes, etc.),all in original packaging. The concept has always being to be able to offer our customers few culinary experiences (" made in France, " made in Provence ", "made in Nice "), which they could recreate at home and share with family and friends. These efforts added to a quality of service gave us the chance to have an excellent ranking on different social networks. Deli is opened by the breakfast to "late" evening and night (in high season). The service is NON-STOP & 7/7 from March till January. The tastings of grocery products (olive oil) are free and possible at every hours of the day for groups of less than 5 people. We can welcome on the spot only 25 people to eat at the same time.
