Makan Dulu’s Nasi Campur offers you a taste of Sumba.

The name itself means ‘mixed rice’ and refers to a dish with a selection of meat, seafood and vegetables served with rice. It is a popular dish throughout Indonesia and is prepared very differently in the various regions.

In Sumba in particular, the use of corn rice and special Sumba spices makes nasi campur a unique dish. It is the perfect way to experience the flavour of Sumba.
