This family favourite is an ode to the fiery combination of Tex-Mexican flavours and Fijian charm, with Tejano décor adding a splash of cultural ambience to compliment the flavoured fare of Texan Spanish home cooking and freshly sourced Fijian ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed on the decks, alongside the calming ambience of waterways and gardens, while music is often played as generous background comfort and not imposed, so you can also kick back for a serene few hours under thatched Fijian bures. For a headier experience, regular buffet nights are also a full-house drawcard, when the best of international and Pacific fare serve up a powerful palette of classic and contemporary dining.
