After many years of partnership with the Indonesian Embassy, it was great to finally welcome Indonesia’s new Ambassador to our roastery.

Over a cup of coffee, we had the chance to share what we do, talk about our journey, and celebrate a partnership that has grown over the years. A short but sweet visit and a proud moment for our team.

Thank you Indonesian Embassy in Helsinki for stopping by. We’re already looking forward to the next coffee together ☕️☀️✨

A tasting workshop hosted by our roaster Long, where he shares with you his approach to tasting coffee without shouting fancy flavor notes but only focusing on the things that matter most in a cup.

📍Mokkamestarit Coffee Roastery, Kuukuja 8 E
🗓️ 6th June 2026, 14:30–16:00
Language: English
⚠️ Only 6 spots available

What this workshop is about: No pressure to invent fancy tasting notes. This workshop focuses less on “detecting raspberry marmalade” and more on understanding what actually matters in a cup: balance, sweetness, acidity, bitterness, texture, roast character, and overall drinking experience.

Who it’s for: This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in coffee, especially if you feel that most coffees taste the same or are unsure what you’re actually tasting.

What’s included:
• Guided sensory tasting session
• Hands-on comparison of different coffees
• Simple framework for evaluating coffee
• Workshop materials provided during the session
• Opportunity to shop at the roastery after the workshop with 20% discount on all products during our Open Day event
• Extra: See a roasting show before the workshop (12:00 & 13:00) to know what happened before the cupping table

Reserve your spot via link in bio or comment “COFFEE” below and we’ll send you the details.

Happy brewing Monday from our roastery ☀️
Controlling the variables is the fun part of manual brewing and exploring the coffee. Our tip for today is to stick to your recipe and change one variable at a time: grind size, water temperature, brew ratio, agitation,… pick any one but only one.

May your week be as smooth and bright as our brew today 🙌😎
