During Lazy Monday, my day off, sliding feed to see what is going on???

I found a pop-up Thai kitchen in Helsinki

Interesting!!!

Let's go!!!

They are sharing kitchen with The Boom Room which being here over 14 years with a good google review

The Boom Room closed at 16:00

Then a part of Thai kitchen come after that.

Name: Not a big deal, (~ 1 month opened)

Indoor bar seats and Street outdoor seats.

They were busy with a lot of customer looking for dinner

Short menus but enough, plus drinks and deserts

Order;
Grilled giant river shripms Phad Thai

Entrecote Phad Ka Phau + egg

Grilled Entrecote with Jeaw chili dipping

Coconut water, Thai ice tea, Thai ice cream with sticky rice on bread.

All are good, doesn't feel sad for driving on the road for 2 hrs just for food Porvoo-Helsinki-Porvoo

A chef graduated cooking class from Thailand, and working as a cook in Thai restaurant in Helsinki many years,

Now, its the time to start her own business.

Phad Thai ผัดไทย

I couldn't how many houndson of Phad Thai, I been cooking in 10 years since being a cook.

I known only it was a lot!!!!

I can closed my eye and cook Phad Thai as a robot!!!

That why, I did a lot of mistake, When i got the order;

Phad Thai no egg
Phad Thai no tofu
Phad Thai no chili
Phad Thai no bean sprouts
Phad Thai no nuts
Phad Thai tofu no mushrooms
Phad Thai no onion

But don't worry, my staff are happy, when i did mistake Phad Thai, They can take care the mistake portion as all staff love Phad Thai as well 😆😆😆

The Traditional Phad Thai is Vegetarian ( combo with Tofu & egg) for protein, no meat

Then the popular protein in Thailand Phad Thai is Shripms

But at Thai Riverside Food (TRF), We cook Phad Thai in varies of Protein.

Choose your favorite Protein, as shown as pictures for samples.

But Phad Thai Tofu, We will added some white mushrooms such as Shimeji and King oyster mushroom for more tecture and more protein souces.

If you don't like mushroom, you can order Phad Thai Tofu without mushrooms as well.

And Remember!!!
Every Friday Lunch 10:30-14:00, we served Phad Thai Friday as a special price for (Chicken,Tofu, Crispy chicken) with the same size of A la carte.
