For the second year running, Joo Sushi is a Pop-up restaurant taking place at the old paper factory Kangas during the Restaurant Day, on the 16th of August 2015. A variety of fillings with the possibility of using three traditional types of sushi rolls;
Hosomaki - with seaweed wrapping the roll
Uramaki - with rice wrapping the roll
Temaki - hand roll, like an ice-cream cone!
