Terve, Hello, Bonjour ! I have the pleasure to invite you to taste a cetlic speciality that carry on in my family for now many generations. This speciality is from Bretagne ! Hei, wait a sec, where is Bretagne ? Bretagne is the last European land before Atlantique Ocean, Yes you read good, the west of the west Europe… called also the Far Far west…
In there, people from Bretagne called « Bretons »
, use to dance a lot, drink cider, go to fish and of course eat some Crêpes all the time ! In bretagne, they still use to speak with their own old dialect that make this part of France very traditionnal. Let’s come back to our Celtic Street food now ! I sell those « Holy Crepes » made with love and savoir-faire here in Finland. Indeed, for the little story, I arrived from France with the food truck on the 20th of May to propose you one of the best street food ever known. Prices goes from 4€ to 7€, I propose Salty or Sweet crepes. The salty crepes are made with buckwheat flour (Tattarijauho), so they are Gluten free. For the sweet crepes I use the basic wheat flour (vehnäjauho). More info about where to find the Holy Crepe, in coming. Hope to see you soon ! Moikka, See you, Kenavo !
