NYKTERI by Tselepos has arrived at ANÁSA.

Crafted from Assyrtiko grapes grown on the volcanic soils of Santorini, Nykteri is one of the island’s most historic and distinctive w**e styles.

But what does “Nykteri” mean?

The name comes from the old Santorini w**emaking tradition where grapes were harvested during the day and pressed throughout the night, allowing w**emakers to work in the cooler temperatures and protect the fruit from the intense Aegean heat.

Today, Nykteri represents one of the finest expressions of Santorini Assyrtiko: rich, concentrated, remarkably mineral and built for memorable meals.

🍷 ANÁSA W**e Series II

An evening of Greek w**e, shared plates and beautiful conversations.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another full house w**e evening at ANÁSA.

From Santorini Assyrtiko and Alpha Rosé to Nemea and Átma by Thymiopoulos, each w**e was paired with curated Greek flavours and enjoyed around one long shared experience.

More evenings like this are already on the way.

🍷 ANÁSA W**e Series II — Greek Terroir

Following the success of our first w**e evening, we invite you to the second edition of the ANÁSA W**e Series.

Together with guest sommelier & w**e curator , we will explore four carefully selected Greek w**es, highlighting different expressions of the Greek vineyard:

• Santorini Assyrtiko — Tselepos
• Rosé — Alpha Estate
• Nemea Agiorgitiko - Boutaris
• Átma White — Thymiopoulos

Each w**e will be paired with a curated selection of Greek flavours, including:

• Dolmadakia
• Cretan rusks with Agioritiki aubergine spread
• Traditional Cretan dakos

This second gathering continues our vision of bringing Greek w**e culture, gastronomy and hospitality into a refined and intimate Nordic setting.
