Our little kitchen can push out 1,000 plates in 6 hours, with a record of 380 five-course menus in 12 hours. 🔥🔥🔥

One of the best parts of summer is walking through our own garden and seeing what's ready to harvest.

This week's herbs, berries and edible flowers will soon find their way onto our menu, bringing a little more of the season to every dish.

Fresh, local and only a short journey from garden to plate.

The first chanterelles of the season have arrived.

It's a sure sign that the seasons are changing, and before long these beautiful mushrooms will be making their way onto our menu.

The second photo is one of our favourite dishes from 2025: oat and mushroom risotto from Kranni Farm with chanterelles and bitter lemon.

We're looking forward to another great mushroom season.

At Natura, every season begins with our producers.

One of our closest partners is Ahlbergin Puutarha in Sipoo, a family garden with roots dating back to 1922. Today, the third generation continues to grow organic herbs, edible flowers and vegetables, while following the same commitment to quality and sustainability that has guided the garden for decades. They have been farming entirely organically since 2000.

Their flowers and herbs have become a familiar part of many Natura dishes over the years. 🌿
