Hei rakkaat Vaelsa ystävät! Cari amici!

Osa teistä jo tietää muttei varmaan kaikki, m***a olen päättänyt sulkea Vaelsan 15 vuoden jälkeen ja tilalle siirsin toinen ravintolani nimeltään Bacco. Oli haikeaa päätös m***a, täällä jatkamme samalla paikalla ja henkilökunnalla ja yhdistettiin voimaamme tässä kovassa Helsinkiläisessä kilpailutilanteessa.
Lounaamme ja á la cartemme ovat kokeneet pieniä muutoksia, m***a voin vakuuttaa että vain parempaan suuntaa, joten olisi hienoa jos tulette sankoin joukoin kokeilemaan!

Born at the dining table 15 years ago. Vaelsa has faced challenges, from renovations to pandemics, yet has stood proudly through them all. However, Vaelsa will close its doors by the end of this month. As we say goodbye, we are happy to tell you that Bacco is opening in September at Pohjoisesplanadi 9, 00130 Helsinki. At Bacco, you’ll find the true taste of Italy, with dishes served just like they are in our homeland, keeping prices accessible.

After 15 wonderful years, we at Vaelsa will close our doors at the end of this month. Since opening in 2009, we have been proud to be the first in Finland to serve fresh pasta, bringing the flavors of Italy to Helsinki. We've truly made history together through renovations, pandemics, and countless memories.

While it's time to say goodbye, we are excited to introduce our new chapter with Bacco, which will open in September.

Bacco will be moving into the space currently occupied by Vaelsa.
