Hold it – we know what you're thinking! And you know exactly how you want your pizza to taste and how thin the crust should be. And that there is no better pizza than that perfect pizza you are thinking of. Can’t we make one just like that? Yes, we’ve heard that before – many times – but only before people have actually tasted our pizzas. It’s funny, after tasting our pizzas no one has asked us to make the perfect Italian pizza anymore. (And we are super thankful for the most incredible feedback we received from our customers at the Piece ’n’ Love summer restaurant at Hernesaaren Ranta!)
We’re not afraid to admit that our pizzas have nothing to do with traditional Italian pizzas. We don’t use traditional 00 flour. We don’t toss our dough (we simply can’t – our dough is far too delicate for that). We don’t use traditional tomato sauce (as a matter of fact we don’t use tomato sauce at all – we use our own white sauce). And our crust isn’t a traditional Italian crust either. It’s… well, let’s just say you won't find many leftovers on the plates! The bottom line is that you have to taste Piece ’n’ Love pizza for yourself. We say nothing. Uudenmaankatu 9 in Helsinki
