Small change for the rest of Pori Jazz Festival: we’re focusing on drinks from here on out, so no more banh mi. Our prepackaged bites are still around though.

Turns out you all loved our drinks way more than we expected (thank you, pori 🙏) and with a small team we’d rather do them really well than stretch ourselves thin.

We steep real umeboshi into a housemade syrup, then take it two ways: a sparkling tonic and a slow cold brew. One bright, one deep.
Pouring all weekend. Come find your one 😎



The tonic. Plum, ice, bubbles, a slice of lemon. Light on the tongue and just sour enough to keep you reaching for it.

Ume cold brew. Our slow-steeped cold brew married with japanese sour plum. The plum rounds the coffee out instead of fighting it, smooth, deep, and a little unexpected.

We will open a bit later 12-19:30 on Tuesday 30th (tomorrow) due to water works at our building. Have a sunny week ahead...

Hello, a small note from us 💙

Staring soon you’ll see a little change on our menu. Our prices going up by 10–50 cents depending on the drink.

We held off for a whole year, but the good stuff costs more to bring to you. Our matcha flies ✈️ in so it actually tastes like matcha. Our coffee beans come from Vietnam for that bold, proper taste. Import and delivery these days are a bit…oof.

We’d rather raise a little and stay honest than quietly cut corners on what goes in your cup.
