I think about the season when I plan our cocktail menu. I want to create balanced drinks and include options for all tastes, from sweet to sour. Presentation of the drink matters, too.
I am really proud of our service and the lounge vibe. We also receive brilliant feedback from our guests and local customers. My motto for all who step inside our bar is to ENJOY LIFE!”

Meet Toni, our talented Head Chef. He has been working in Helsinki’s top restaurants during his career – past 5 in Restaurant Haven. Toni bikes his 10 kilometres way to work all year round. Last pitstop before entering doors of Haven, is Market Square, just a few pedal strokes away from the hotel. Toni loves to search for the best ingredients from the iconic market stalls. This time, fresh chanterelles and rhubarb were his choice. Fresh, local and delicious… just Havenly.
