Kanai coffee: a 7-year adventure of circulating coffee!
Kanai began working with American and Australian teams on a circular and closed agriculture model seven years ago, persuading small coffee farmers to switch from coffee monoculture gardens and chemical fertilizers to a multi-crop model and integrated livestock farming. I truly loved seeing the garden, despite its little size. When I walked out that morning, I saw a significant difference from 7 years before.
We've moved from chemical fertilizers and pesticides to microbial fertilizers. Legumes not only produce landscapes and fix nitrogen, and their roots provide home for beneficial microbes, but they also store water for soil.....And legumes may also be fed to pigs and poultry. This was too simple for a modest farmer over the age of 70...
From Farm is not regarded difficult because farmers can accomplish it, and coffee from tiny farms has been shipped to the United States and Australia several times. To Cup appears to be much more difficult for farmers, so the Kanai team and its partners and companions... are attempting to do so rather than just exporting raw materials, or Vietnamese people and even coffee growers using unclean coffee or not.... Vietnamese consumers may enjoy clean, organic coffee at a reasonable price. However, quality and price are not as important as growers' work and effort.
