Six courses. Two kitchens. One rare evening.
On October 22–24, we welcome washoku chef Yusuke Kawaguchi for three evenings of culinary dialogue between Japan and our own kitchen.
Yusuke was born in Miyazaki and trained in the traditional restaurants of Kyoto. He has cooked across Japan from Nagano to Hiroshima, before making Helsinki his home. Now, his washoku philosophy meets our Francais–Japonais spirit in a 6-course menu, where Japanese precision and our kitchen alternate course by course.
Certified saké sommelier Minaë Tani-Lafleur completes the evening with a carefully curated pairing. Guiding each course with the depth and nuance that has made her one of Helsinki's most respected voices on Japanese beverage culture.
Reservations are open. Places are limited.
