As summer came, we temporarily change our opening hours as followed:

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00-15:30
• Wednesday and Friday: 11:00-21:00
• Saturday: 16:00-22:00

In lunchtime of weekdays, we are serving “All you can eat” menu (€14.50) and rice bowl 💕☀️

Sushi is a traditional Japanese dish, so why is there a specific name for sushi known as the California Roll?

Previously, in the 1940s, when Sushi was first introduced into American culture, Americans at that time often removed the outer layer of seaweed when enjoying sushi because they thought they were inedible. So the chef decided to put the seaweed inside to avoid this unnecessary misunderstanding.

At Ginza, the California Roll remains the same recipe with cucumber, avocado, and fresh, rich crab meat with a mayo sauce, rolled together with a layer of seaweed before being wrapped with an extra layer of rice, grilled cheese, and masago.

In particular, during the Week 15 - Syo12 after party at Ginza, you will be able to experience many kinds of California Roll and a variety of other high-quality sushi for only 14.90 EUR! The program is only available until the 17th of May, so do not miss it!

Although the popularity of Syö12 campaign is predictable, we were pleasantly surprised that we sold out every night 🥹

In April, Ginza has partnered with Syo12 to host a delightful celebration with four distinct sushi set options at a minimum cost, as well as multiple maki selections to choose from. You could order as much as you wanted, but there wouldn't be any leftovers.

Vegans, don't blink 👀 Ginza's skilled chefs have prepared a special vegan sushi option just for you.

In the campaign, we also have grilled salmon pokebowl and teriyaki salmon bowl.

Don't miss out on this limited time offer to "join the party" at a minimum cost — the program begins on April 14, 2023 and runs for a limited period only!

OPTION 1: ALL YOU CAN EAT
Each customer can choose 1 set from set 1 to 4 and can also select additional items from the menu listed below. Each set includes a serving of miso soup and your choice of fried gyoza

According to history, the French poet Eloy d'Amerval (1455-1508) declared that April is the month of the Pisces sign, symbolized by two intertwined fish.
