From Courtyard Charm to Hidden Speakeasy

When we opened, our dream was to create a cozy courtyard restaurant. But ongoing construction by the housing company has turned it into a hidden speakeasy, with giant tarps and machinery making us nearly impossible to find.

Despite this, we’re still here, serving the same great food with the same passion.

The Frustration:
The housing company won’t lower the rent or contribute for new signs to improve visibility.

We’re adapting as best we can, but we need your help. If you’ve enjoyed a meal here, spread the word—we’re open and ready to welcome you.

P.S. Don’t let the tarp fool you—delicious food is just behind it!

When we embarked on this journey three years ago, our ambition was clear: to become the ultimate dining destination in Helsinki. Fast forward to today, and we find ourselves ranked at number 97 on Viisi Tähteä's list of Finland's top 100 restaurants.

At first glance, 97 may not seem like much, but here's the remarkable part: among Finland's 13,000 restaurants, we stand proudly in the top 1%. Noteworthy is the fact that we're probably the only fast-casual spot and the only establishment representing bagels on this prestigious list.

This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our incredible team and the loyalty of our cherished customers. We couldn't have done it without you.
