tti kulkee tietä pitkin Äkäslompolosta Tunturintieltä Sivulantielle ja erkanee Reittitielle. Puolisen kilometriä Revontuliravintola Poron jälkeen, reitti jatkuu (n. 2,9 km) merkittynä perille asti. Tule kokeilemaan! Autolla liikkuvat pääsevät helpoiten kahvistelemaan meille parkkipaikalta, joka sijaitsee n.3km Äkäslompolosta Kolariin menevän tien varressa. Äkäsjoen ylitys tapahtuu jäätietä pitkin, joten olethan varovainen ja pysyt merkityllä reitillä. Kokonaisuudessaan polku parkkipaikalta Kodalle on n.400m pitkä. Pistäydy pirtissä! Lättyjä paistelemme joka päivä. Tule maistelemaan! Our traditional lappish style hut café is situated by the river Äkäsjoki south from Äkäslompolo village. Cross country skitracks goes just outside our café, and some distances are for example from Hotel Ylläskaltio 4 km, Hotel Äkäshotelli 6 km, Saint Lauri's Chapel (coming from Kuertunturi) 5 km, Tunturijärvi's lean-to 6 km, Luosu's hut café 11 km and Ylläsjärvi village 15 km. Of course you are also welcome to come by foot, with snowshoes, kicksledge, fatbike or running - petfriendly all the way. Track goes along the road from Äkäslompolo turning from Tunturitie to Sivulantie and then taking Reittitie. Appr. 500 m after the restaurant Poro the track continues (appr. 2,9 km) well marked all the way to our hut café. Welcome to taste home made pastries! The easiest access with a car is from the parking lot situated by the road when driving appr. 3 km along the road from Äkäslompolo to Kolari. From the parking lot crossing the river Äkäsjoki is an iceroad. Please be careful and stay in the marked track. The track to our hut café from the parking lot is appr. 400 m. We welcome all the visitors! Besides hot and cold softdrinks we offer breads, sandwiches and other delicious pastries from the local bakery. Our own delicacies which we bake ourselves are for example chocolate cake and sugary doughnuts. Traditional crepes every day. You know where to come to satisfy the sweet tooth!
