Pöytävaraukset ja korttivarmistus – mistä on kyse?
Kun olet tulossa meille syömään pyydämme varauksen yhteydessä Tebi-järjestelmässä luottokorttitiedot. Emme veloita kortiltasi mitään, kun saavut paikalle normaalisti tai muutat suunnitelmia ajoissa. Korttivarmistus koskee poikkeuksetta kaikkia varauksia, ja tässä ovat syyt sen taustalla:
- Ei turhaa ruokahävikkiä. Kun tiedämme tarkan määrän, ruokaa ei päädy roskiin.
-Paikka muille herkkusuille. Peruuttamatta jätetty pöytä tarkoittaa, että joudumme harmillisesti käännyttämään muita nälkäisiä vieraita ovelta.
-Suunnittelemme illan kulun varausten mukaan, jotta teidän ei tarvitse odotella juomia tai ruokia liian kauan.
Miten toimia, jos suunnitelmat muuttuvat? Elämä yllättää ja se on täysin okei! Voit peruuttaa tai muuttaa varaustasi veloituksetta viimeistään vuorokautta (24h) ennen varauksesi alkua. Vasta tämän aikarajan jälkeen tehdyistä peruutuksista tai kokonaan saapumatta jättämisestä veloitamme
peruutuskulun 50 € / henkilö.

Table Reservations and Card Authentication – How Does It Work?Hey there! We are thrilled that you are joining us for dinner. To ensure the best possible experience for you and your party, we kindly ask for your credit card details via our Tebi booking system when making a reservation. We will not charge your card anything as long as you arrive as planned or change your reservation in time.
This card authentication applies to all bookings, and here is why we use it: No unnecessary food waste. Knowing the exact head count helps us keep food out of the bin. Saving seats for other foodies. A "no-show" or a late cancellation means we unfortunately have to turn away other hungry guests who would have loved that table. We schedule our kitchen and floor according to our bookings so you never have to wait too long for your drinks or food.
What if your plans change? Life happens, and we totally get it! You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking starts. Cancellations made after this 24-hour deadline, or failing to show up for your reservation, will result in a cancellation fee of €50 per person.
