Happy Monday! We are starting our week surrounded by the vibrant red cherries of our single-origin specialty coffee, slowly sun-drying on raised beds under the open skies of West Guji.

Located in the Abaya District at high altitudes of 1,600 to 2,000 meters above sea level, Debeka Farm is our pioneering open-production system. Because this unique farm is cultivated without a shade canopy, our hand-sorted cherries bask in direct, natural sunlight. This intense, slow sun-drying process concentrates the sugars inside the fruit, locking in the spectacular sweetness and complexity that defines our specialty micro-lots.

When you brew a cup of Debeka, you are tasting a complex flavor profile of vibrant blueberry, sweet lemon, papaya, and rich chocolate, balanced with spicy notes of cardamom and a clean, lingering finish of lemongrass.
