Welcome to Bahir Zaf! A vocational training restaurant offering international cuisine to truly traditional dishes in a casual dining setting and spacious, lush garden. In Amharic, ‘Bahir Zaf’ means ‘ocean tree’. The tree symbolizes caring for communities and branching out to protect those in need - much like the restaurant which builds futures for disadvantaged youth.

100% of the profits generated at Bahir Zaf are directed back into more apprenticeships and partner NGO community projects. If you’re looking for a unique dining experience, we’ll see you soon!
