This post is in honour of a Master and Friend with whom we bid farewell to this week. Master Philip has served alongside us for 4years, teaching Martial Arts with Sifu Dan.

Last week we shared lunch, coffee and conversation. Our last get together for a long time, as he leaves us for greener pastures to Bahir Dar.

A blessed afternoon of feeling seen and held in this circle of four. Sometimes a blessing rarely felt. A circle of common ground and love.

This morning our running community participated in Ethiopian airlines 80th anniversary!

The epic run took them 8km from the old airport to the new/current airport.

Congrats to ET airlines 🤩🥳

80 years, what an amazing accomplishment for the country and the African continent 💚

Did you know that we have a ‘Run Community’?

We do!! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽

It takes place on (most) Weds evenings 6pm at Friendship park. Abit of cameraderie and friendship while running in a green park at your own pace!

Our 12yr old son joins so kids/families welcome.

Option: Every month they support each other in the Entoto Park 5km run, organised by the ‘Great Ethiopian Run’.
