La gastronomía es una de las grandes protagonistas de la nueva etapa de TATEL Valencia, manteniendo la esencia que ha convertido algunos de sus platos en clásicos de la casa: la Milanesa TATEL, la Tortilla TATEL trufada, los arroces o su Tarta de Queso.

Una cocina que ahora refuerza su conexión con Valencia y el Mediterráneo. La dirección gastronómica global de Juan Antonio Medina se une al trabajo de Juan Torres, director gastronómico de Grupo El Alto y chef ejecutivo de TATEL Valencia, para construir esta nueva etapa.

Al mediodía, la carta convive con La Barra de TATEL, una nueva apuesta para disfrutar de nuestra cocina de una forma más ágil: compartir, probar los clásicos o descubrir nuevos platos.

Por la noche, la carta sigue en el centro mientras entran en escena los Dinner Shows, la música y el espectáculo.

Cuisine takes centre stage in this new chapter for TATEL Valencia, whilst retaining the essence of its house classics: the TATEL Milanesa, truffled TATEL tortilla, rice dishes and cheesecake.

A cuisine that reinforces its connection with Valencia and the Mediterranean. Juan Antonio Medina’s global culinary direction joins Juan Torres, culinary director of Grupo El Alto and executive chef at TATEL Valencia, to shape this new chapter.

At lunchtime, the menu coexists with La Barra de TATEL, a new concept offering a more relaxed way to enjoy our cuisine: sharing, sampling the classics or discovering new dishes.
In the evening, the menu remains at the heart of the experience, alongside Dinner Shows, music and entertainment.

La coctelería se convierte en una de las grandes apuestas de la nueva etapa de TATEL Valencia.
Una nueva carta creada por Fillipe Suárez, grandes clásicos reinterpretados conviven con una colección de cócteles inspirados en algunas de las canciones que todos reconocemos. Oye Cómo Va, ¡Azúcar!, Fly Me to the Moon, Bohemian Rhapsody, Lady Marmalade, Samba… Cada uno tiene su propia personalidad, ingredientes y forma de entender la barra.

Y todo sucede en un Cocktail Bar inspirado en el glamour de los años 20, con una puesta en escena espectacular y rincones que invitan a quedarse, brindar y, por supuesto, hacerse una foto espectacular.

Esta es la segunda de las tres grandes apuestas del nuevo TATEL Valencia: nuestro Cocktail Bar y sus nuevas creaciones líquidas.

Music – now you can drink it too.

Cocktail-making has become one of the key focuses of TATEL Valencia’s new era.
A new menu created by Fillipe Suárez features reinterpreted classics alongside a collection of cocktails inspired by some of the songs we all recognise. ‘Oye Cómo Va’, ‘¡Azúcar!’, ‘Fly Me to the Moon’, ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, ‘Lady Marmalade’, ‘Samba’… Each one has its own personality, ingredients and take on the bar.

And it all takes place in a cocktail bar inspired by the glamour of the 1920s, with spectacular décor and cosy corners that invite you to linger, raise a glass and, of course, take a stunning photo.

This is the second of the three major highlights of the new TATEL Valencia: our cocktail bar and its new liquid creations.

En TATEL Valencia, la cena es solo el principio.

La música y el espectáculo forman parte de la experiencia desde que empieza la noche. Rouge, flamenco, Sabroso … diferentes formatos, artistas, live acts, shows y DJ sets hacen que cada noche tenga su propia personalidad y que la sala vaya cambiando de ritmo hasta que llega ese momento en el que nadie recuerda exactamente cuándo terminó la cena y empezó el baile.

At TATEL Valencia, dinner is just the beginning.
