Growing up in the middle of Thailand in a place called Chaiyaphum I was introduced to Thai cooking through my family. My Thai food has a twist of Esan in it and is as authentic as possible.I grow my own vegetables, spices and herbs and use only fresh produce. I am an experienced Chef , have worked in Thailand and also at the famous M� River Kwai restaurant. I also have certificates in Food Management Hygiene Level 1 and Level 2.

Hi Everyone

Hope you had a good summer , just to let you know I have started doing some food again. Tomorrow (Sunday ) I have table at the Urbanisation FAIR 🎡🛝🎢 "Punta Lara day " , where the residents have asked me to do a few dishes. I will be doing Prawn red curry. CHICKEN penang and Chicken Massaman served with Jasim rice. I will be serving 5pm - 8pm

THEN

I start back at the Tropicana restaurant on Wed each week doing the normal menu and my specials. As usual contact Luke or Rocio to book a table.
