El Restaurante Nautilus se fundó en el año 1975 y desde sus comienzos ha sido un punto de encuentro tanto para residentes como visitantes de todas las nacionalidades que quieren disfrutar de un lugar idílico junto al mar, donde se pueden escuchar las olas y sentir la brisa disfrutando de unas vistas únicas.

Dinner goes on until midnight: lanterns on, the lights of the coast across the water, something chocolate to finish and one more coffee, because nobody wants to get up yet.

Every ship needs a crew. Ours wears black and works from nine in the morning until the last table goes. ⚓

In the kitchen, at the pass, behind the bar, carrying trays out to the terrace. You mostly see their backs, because they're always on the move.

All hands on deck, every single day.

Baked in salt, opened at the table, finished with a flame. 🔥

A whole fish goes into a crust of salt and comes out moist, clean and tasting only of the sea. The crust is cracked in front of you and the fish is served right there.

It takes a little longer. It's worth every minute.
