Ordenanza para la Garantía de la Convivencia Ciudadana prohíbe ir con el torso desnudo o solo en bañador por las vías públicas del centro de la ciudad.
“Artículo 36.7
Salvo autorización municipal para lugares concretos, se prohíbe transitar o permanecer en
la vía o espacios públicos:
a) Sin ropa o únicamente en ropa interior o ropa de baño.

The Ordinance for the Guarantee of Civic Coexistence prohibits walking shirtless or wearing only swimwear on public roads in the city center.
"Article 36.7
Except with municipal authorization for specific locations, it is prohibited to walk or remain on public roads or spaces:
a) Without clothing or only in underwear or swimwear."
