Hot Sunday? Then a bowl of saoto soup is just what you need! ☀️🇸🇷

Many people think soup is only for cold days, but in Suriname we know better. Especially when it’s warm outside, a deliciously spiced bowl of saoto soup tastes amazing. 😋

Our saoto is made with chicken broth, vermicelli, lemongrass, Surinamese vegetables and aromatic spices, topped with bean sprouts and crispy fried onions. Sambal and soy sauce are served separately, so you can season it exactly the way you like.

Warme zondag? Dan is een kom saoto soep heerlijk! ☀️🇸🇷

Veel mensen denken dat soep alleen iets is voor koude (zon)dagen, maar in Suriname weten we wel beter. Juist als het warm is, smaakt een goed gekruide kom saoto soep heerlijk😋

Saoto wordt bereid met kruidige kippenbouillon, vermicelli, sereh, Surinaamse groentes en kruiden. Daarbij taugé en gebakken uitjes. De sambal en de sojasaus zijn apart, zodat je de smaak helemaal naar wens kunt maken.

👉 Je hebt de keuze uit:
Klein €6,50 (zonder ei en rijst)
Groot €9,00 (helemaal compleet)

Of je nu gezellig bij ons aan de boulevard komt zitten of je de saoto liever meeneemt naar het strand, hij smaakt altijd goed😋
