Vines is opening its doors on Saturday 28th August. Due to a huge demand this evening is fully booked. Our opening times going forward are Wednesday to Saturday 13.00hrs - 23.00hrs . The lunch time menu is a casual affair consisting of an excellent selection of sharing platters, tapas and light salads. Our flights of wine are a perfect accompaniment to enjoy on our beautiful terrace. Booking for the evening menu is strongly advised. We can be contacted through the Vines Restaurant page.

You will be in charge of the entire kitchen, taking control of everything from food orders and stock control through to managing staff.
You should have work experience in catering/hospitality and organizational abilities.
