Gravlax is marinated salmon. Salt, sugar, dill, vodka, and most importantly, beets, which give the salmon a wonderfully deep red color. Starting Tuesday, the Gravlax Poke Bowl joins our menu!!! A total hit, we highly recommend it!

El gravlax es salmón marinado. Lleva sal, azúcar, eneldo, vodka y, sobre todo, remolacha, que le da al salmón un precioso color rojo intenso. ¡A partir del martes, el Poke Bowl de Gravlax se une a nuestro menú! ¡Un éxito total, lo recomendamos muchísimo!

Bluefin tuna is one of the most prestigious tuna species, known for storing fat in its muscles, which gives its meat a high fat content and unique flavor. Starting today, our menu includes sashimi, nigiri, and mixed tuna, including a mix with Wagyu—a wonderfully buttery Japanese beef. Our salivary glands are on the verge of bursting!

El atún rojo es una de las especies de atún más prestigiosas, conocida por almacenar grasa en sus músculos, lo que le confiere a su carne un alto contenido graso y un sabor único. A partir de hoy, nuestro menú incluye sashimi, nigiri y atún mixto, incluyendo una mezcla con Wagyu, una carne de res japonesa exquisitamente tierna. ¡Se nos hace agua la boca!

New refrigerators arrived yesterday, so we're ready for the season. And thanks to them, we'll be able to serve you more new items on our menu tomorrow.
