Esta temporada, El Mirlo abre su cocina a nuevas manos, nuevas miradas y distintas formas de interpretar el sur.
Arrancamos nuestra ‘Guest Chef Series’ los próximos 13 y 14 de junio con un encuentro a cuatro manos junto a Omar Ben Hammou, chef de .restaurant (Fuengirola). De raíces peruanas y trayectoria internacional, Omar ha construido una cocina libre, viajera y elegante donde conviven la memoria , los guiños nikkei, el producto y una sensibilidad muy especial por el mar.
Para esta primera edición, Omar presentará en El Mirlo cuatro platos emblemáticos de Lila reinterpretados desde la costera de Tarifa y el producto de nuestra tierra.
Dos días únicas alrededor del mar, el producto y la cocina compartida.

This season, El Mirlo opens its kitchen to new hands, new perspectives, and different ways of interpreting the South.
We begin our Guest Chef Series on June 13th & 14th with a four-hands collaboration alongside Omar Ben Hammou, chef of .restaurant (Fuengirola).
With Peruvian roots and an international background, Omar has created a cuisine that is free, refined and inspired by travel, where memory, Nikkei influences, local produce and a deep connection to the sea all come together.
For this first edition, Omar will present four signature dishes from Lila, reinterpreted for El Mirlo through the coastal spirit of Tarifa and the produce of our land.
Two unique days centred around the sea, great produce and shared cooking.
