A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us on Saturday, 1st August. It was an incredibly busy evening, and we truly appreciate your patience, support, and the wonderful atmosphere you helped create. Our International À La Carte menu was enjoyed by so many guests, and we are grateful for every single reservation.

Welcome to the Fiesta of Nuestra Señora del Carmen! 🎉⛵❤️

This month, we are celebrating the Fiesta of Nuestra Señora del Carmen, one of the most important and cherished traditions in Lanzarote. Nuestra Señora del Carmen is the patron saint of fishermen and protector of sailors, making this celebration especially meaningful for the fishing community and the people of Puerto del Carmen.

The festivities have now begun and will continue until 9th August. During this time, the Old Town comes alive with a wonderful festive atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy fairground rides, games, food stalls, live music, concerts, traditional folk performances, dancing, local competitions, and entertainment for all ages.

The highlight of the celebration is the traditional maritime procession. The image of Nuestra Señora del Carmen is carried from the church through the streets to the harbour, where she is placed aboard a beautifully decorated fishing boat. Accompanied by a flotilla of boats, she is taken out to sea while priests bless the waters and pray for the safety of fishermen, sailors, and everyone who travels on the ocean, as well as for a successful fishing season. It is a moving and unforgettable event that reflects the deep faith and heritage of our community.

Every year, this beautiful tradition brings together local residents and visitors from around the world to celebrate the history, culture, and spirit of Puerto del Carmen.

What a Saturday Night! 🌟

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who chose to spend their evening with us at My Kitchen by Julius. ❤️ We are truly grateful for your continued support, your patience, and for making another Saturday night so special.

Tonight we were completely full, and unfortunately, we had to turn away some walk-in guests. We sincerely apologise to everyone we couldn’t accommodate. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend booking your table in advance, especially during this busy summer season.

☀️ Summer is here, and it’s getting busier every day! With the Old Town Feria starting on Monday, we expect the area to be even busier over the coming days. If you’re planning to visit us, please reserve your table in advance to avoid disappointment.

🎡🎠 The Old Town Fair / Feria Is Coming! 🎠🎡

We would like to inform all our valued guests and customers that the Varadero parking area in the Old Town has been closed since Monday as preparations are underway for the upcoming Old Town Fair (Feria).

The Old Town Fair will take place from 27 July to 9 August, and parking in the area will be limited throughout this period.

The festival will feature exciting rides for both adults and children, plenty of games, live entertainment and a variety of fun activities for everyone to enjoy.

Bring your family and friends and experience the wonderful atmosphere of the Old Town Fair—there’s something for everyone!

🍽️ My Kitchen by Julius will remain open as usual throughout the Feria, and we look forward to welcoming you before or after your visit to the festivities.

If you are planning to dine with us, we kindly recommend allowing a little extra travel time and using one of the alternative parking areas nearby.
