Life is crazy when you're running a wee gluten free business.
One day (Sunday), you get a bad review left because we were full and the customers couldn't get in, and the next (Monday), we can count our whole day's customers on 2 hands.
When you arrive here to eat, we won't limit your time at a table (it's one of the reasons we don't take reservations). We won't rush you out without dessert and we will encourage you to try another beer from our range of 11 gluten free beers, if that's what you want.
Conversely, we will never rush anyone else out to fit you in and we sometimes have to ask people to come back later.
Our busiest times are usually between 1pm and 3pm but this literally changes day to day.
Its just me (Nicola) in the kitchen and Mike on the floor, we dont make enough money to employ anyone else and even if we wanted to move somewhere bigger, we can't afford to.
It's EXPENSIVE running a business in Spain and even more so running a gluten free business.
We appreciate every single 1 of our customers and we are just working away and trying our best.
