No filter for the color of baked crackers! I wish I could transmit the fragrance too! I love standing at my kitchen counter and making dough, I guess it’s as relaxing as putting your hands in the soil, if you love gardening…I thought I would read a book while drinking my morning tea, instead I found myself taking flour out of the cupboard! It’s just spelt flour, salt and water mixed together. Make a ball and work again adding a splash of olive oil! Roll it thin and bake till the color becomes crispy…yes exactly, the color becomes crispy! Or lay some ham and cheese and another layer of thin dough on top, to make ‘ciaccino ripieno’! Once again I haven’t red my book, and the kitchen smells delicious 😄🥰
