It was an absolute dream working the iconic Desigual 40th anniversary in Ibiza.

La Grande Bouffe Ibiza Catering and The Bar Ibiza teamed up to create an exceptional fashion food and drinks experience.

Celebrity’s including Zara Larson, Demi Lovato and Irina Shayk were wowed with a delicious menu whilst they enjoyed a sunset dance performance in the north of Ibiza.

So good it looks AI! But…it’s not.

Every delicious morsel on that table was made by hand in our kitchen. Matcha and coconut jelly cubes, cucumber rolls piped with whipped feta, green goddess bites, hand cured boquerones on herb milkbread, oysters on ice, matcha tiramisu.

The brief was a spring green palette. The result looked like an installation. This is what happens when you give us a colour palette and a vision.

The jellyverse came to Soho House Ibiza for a special retreat.

We made the ADANOLA logo with apple, coconut and mint jelly set perfectly with agar agar to keep some wobble.

Hours of recipe development behind this spread to make sure the flavours are sophisticated, delicious and the texture is just right.

Our new obsession is the tiny pitaya dice suspended in coconut mint water jelly. I mean holaaaaa.

From Tokyo cafés to Paris runways, jelly is having its moment and we’ve been perfecting ours all winter with different shapes, colours and flavours. Until they look too good to be real and taste even better than they look.

Jelly but make it beautiful. have been perfecting jellies, shapes, colours and essentially the delicious flavours, using agar agar so that everyone can enjoy.

Annie’s Ibiza is looking amazing having a bit of an upgrade last week. We love it, chic, stylish and still with magic that makes it so special.

It reminded us of what fun we had last summer creating a cooling menu for Annie’s 2025 Summer party.

We were asked to create something vegetarian, fresh and delicious for guests to enjoy at this very special event.

We created this cucumber, courgette and herb gazpacho, fresh mint and cucumber salad and homemade spinach ravioli followed by vegan cacao and berry slice for dessert. One of our favourite menus and entirely bespoke for Annie.

Every element was personal to our spicy couple’s love story. From the cute chili pepper place settings to our fiery fried Korean chicken canapé bites.
