Your hosts are Chef Memo and partner Dominique. With nearly two decades of experience in delighting their fans at numerous celebrated South England establishments, they finally elected to take a break. Sort of. Moving to Ibiza in 2015, they couldn't resist opening a tiny (intimate but spacious seating for 40 evening guests)restaurant in Santa Eulalia. With a focus on fresh, healthy, from "farm to table" cuisine, the secret is getting out. Bistro 51 has already jumped up, to rank #22 of 226 restaurants in the town, on TripAdvisor. Locals, who traditionally seek out venues far from the tourist hotspots are hearing about it, and travelling in to try it. And returning, again and again. With live music most nights, carefully chosen wines, staff hired for their warmth of welcome and ability to ensure your comfort and enjoyment match the calibre of food served, Bistro 51 is consistently starting to feature in the growing discussion about the islands food revolution and quality that can be found by discerning gastronomes.
