At BLAU SAND by OHANA Ibiza, every rice dish is cooked to order and made to be shared, just as Mediterranean tradition intended. From our lobster paella and Senyoret rice to scallops and octopus rice or our seasonal vegetarian paella, every recipe celebrates fresh ingredients and the flavours of the sea.
