Siddhartha makes beautiful delicious food using his over a decade of experience with Indian cusine. He's learnt some of the secrets from the grandmasters of indian cooking. Trained in classical Indian

cooking, Siddhartha has seen success working for the Taj Group of Hotels in India. He began to experiment and develop his innovative techniques whilst in London and now offers his delightful recepies for the Tenerife audience. Led by Executive Chef Siddhartha Chandiramani,Rasoi continues to challenge the status quo by fusing the spice of the subcontinent with the finest ingredients and culinary traditions to create modern dishes that remain classic and timeless.
