🇪🇸 OKTOBERFEST 2026 — O’ZAPFT IS!

El 4 de octubre de 2026 llevamos el espíritu del Oktoberfest al Culinary Lab y al patio de nuestra fábrica de ce***za artesana en Cala d’Or.

Este año abrimos ambos espacios para que haya aún más sitio para disfrutar de un auténtico ambiente de Oktoberfest, con ce***za fresca, especialidades bávaras y música tradicional.

10:00–12:00 h
Desayuno tradicional de Weißwurst con Brezn recién horneados.

A partir de las 12:00 h
Disfruta de nuestro propio Faro del Octubre Festbier, Rostbratwurst, Brezn y música tradicional.

Sobre las 14:00 h
Wiesn Challenge – Maßkrugstemmen
¿Cuánto tiempo puedes aguantar levantando una Maß llena? ¡Ven y compite por el título!

Los Dirndl y Lederhosen son más que bienvenidos, pero por supuesto no son obligatorios.

Ven, levanta tu Maß y celebra con nosotros el Oktoberfest en Mallorca.

On 4 October 2026, we’re bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to Culinary Lab and our brewery courtyard in Cala d’Or.

This year, we’re opening both spaces so there’s even more room to enjoy a proper Oktoberfest atmosphere with fresh b**r, Bavarian food and traditional music.

10:00–12:00
Traditional Weißwurst breakfast with freshly baked Brezn.

From 12:00 onwards
Enjoy our very own Faro del Octubre Festbier, Rostbratwurst, Brezn and traditional music.

Wiesn Challenge – Maßkrugstemmen
How long can you hold a full Maß? Come and compete for the title!

Dirndl and Lederhosen are very welcome — but absolutely not required.

Our hops are ready!

This Tuesday, 8 September from 10:00, we’re harvesting the hops growing right here in our courtyard — and brewing a special Wet-Hop B**r with them on the very same day.

Come and lend us a hand, pick fresh hop cones, enjoy the atmosphere and be part of the brewing process from plant to pint.

There’ll be cold Island Brew b**r, pa amb oli & snacks — all for €15 per person.

No brewing experience needed. Just bring yourself and a little helping spirit!

🇪🇸 LÚPULO FRESCO. BUENA GENTE. CE***ZA LOCAL.

¡Nuestro lúpulo ya está listo!

Este martes 8 de septiembre, a partir de las 10:00, cosechamos el lúpulo que crece aquí mismo, en nuestro patio, y elaboraremos ese mismo día una ce***za especial Wet-Hop con el lúpulo recién cosechado.

Venid a echarnos una mano, recoged las flores de lúpulo, disfrutad del ambiente y vivid el proceso de la planta al vaso.

Habrá ce***za fría de Island Brew, pa amb oli y algunos snacks, todo por 15 € por persona.

¡No hace falta experiencia cervecera! Solo venir con ganas de ayudar y pasar un buen rato juntos.

Diesen Dienstag, 8. September, ab 10:00 Uhr ernten wir den Hopfen, der direkt bei uns im Hof wächst – und brauen noch am selben Tag ein besonderes Wet-Hop-Bier damit.

Kommt vorbei, helft uns beim Pflücken der frischen Hopfendolden, genießt die Atmosphäre und erlebt den Brauprozess von der Pflanze bis ins Glas.

Es gibt kaltes Island Brew Bier, Pa amb oli & Snacks – für 15 € pro Person.

Keine Brauerfahrung nötig. Einfach vorbeikommen und Lust auf einen gemeinsamen Tag mitbringen!
