There’s a reason breakfast at Giri Café has become an island favourite.

This time of year, when the days get really hot, mornings are made for enjoying the first meal of the day in our shady garden.

Our signature sourdough toasts, eggs made to order, freshly pressed juices, and good coffee. A simple, beautiful way to start the day.

Hay una razón por la que el desayuno de Giri Café se ha convertido en uno de los favoritos de la isla.

For most of the year, San Juan is one of the quietest corners of Ibiza.

Over the next few days, it becomes something entirely different.

The celebrations begin on Saturday 20 June with Sant Joan Dance — the spirited little sister of Midsummer on the 23rd.

And the festivities continue on Tuesday 23 June with San Juan’s legendary Midsummer celebration — one of Ibiza’s biggest and most beloved traditions.

Live music. The village buzzing with life. Cocktails or/and dinner at The Giri Café. Bonfires at midnight. Dancing long into the night.

Two very different nights.
One beautiful village.

La mayor parte del año, San Juan es uno de los rincones más tranquilos de Ibiza.

Pero durante unos días, se transforma por completo.

Las dos grandes citas llegan el sábado 20 de junio con Sant Joan Dance, la hermana pequeña de la gran noche de San Juan del día 23.

La noche en que la plaza del pueblo se convierte en una pista de baile al aire libre y, por unas horas, el corazón de Ibiza late aquí.

Y la fiesta continúa el martes 23 de junio con la legendaria Noche de San Juan.

Música en directo. El pueblo lleno de vida. Cócteles y cena en The Giri Café. Hogueras a medianoche. Baile hasta la madrugada.

Dos noches muy diferentes.

Not the kind that takes over the room — the kind that settles into it.

This summer, will be shaping the evenings at The Giri Café, every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.

A carefully built soundtrack for dinner, drinks, conversation and everything happening around the table.

The right atmosphere isn’t only about what’s on the plate. It lives in the details. The lighting. The pace. The sound in the background that somehow makes the whole evening feel just right. We’re happy to have the right person behind it.
