Our fish arrives fresh and is cleaned and carefully prepared by our own kitchen team. Every sauce is made from scratch, and we also make our taco tortillas in-house.
The only thing we don’t make ourselves is the corvina sandwich bread. It is specially prepared for us by San Antonio, a small family-run business from our town. Supporting local businesses is part of the way we cook—with quality, care and community in mind. 🤎
