Every dish in the menu is a story of love and flavor which will be reinvented every three months, by Sara López and her team, to create a specially curated menu, always providing the most authentic delights of the coast of Cádiz and local products.

Chef Sara Lopez Martinez, from the family behind Bodegas El Gato, spent six years running her own restaurant in Mexico. Now, she's back in Rota, returning to her roots and cooking with love, using the finest local ingredients from the land and sea.
Starting this week, every Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, a special tapas menu will be available, with each tapa priced at just €5.
Some of the delicious tapas you can enjoy include:
• Mini sandwiches
• Smoked potato salad
• Homemade croquettes
• Chef's special stew
• Mini vegetable tempura
• Mussels in aguachile
• Fried cuttlefish with hummus
