This Sunday we are making one of our favourite Hungarian meals at Paprika in Ciudad Quesada.

Traditional Hungarian bean soup with smoked pork hock, vegetables and homemade csipetke dumplings, served with sour cream and homemade Hungarian pork crackling scones (tepertős pogácsa).

For dessert we are making túrógombóc, traditional Hungarian cottage cheese dumplings served with sour cream.

Soup, dessert and 1 drink for €20 per person.

Este domingo preparamos uno de nuestros platos húngaros favoritos en Paprika, Ciudad Quesada.

Sopa tradicional húngara de alubias con codillo de cerdo ahumado, verduras y pequeños fideos caseros “csipetke”, servida con crema agria y tepertős pogácsa, unos panecillos salados húngaros caseros con chicharrón.

De postre tendremos túrógombóc, las tradicionales bolas húngaras de requesón servidas con crema agria.

Sopa, postre y 1 bebida por 20 € por persona.

Si te apetece probar auténtica comida húngara casera, estaremos encantados de recibirte.

Ezen a vasárnapon az egyik nagy magyar kedvencet készítjük a Paprikában, Ciudad Quesadában.

Hagyományos, tartalmas csülkös bableves zöldségekkel, házi csipetkével és tejföllel, mellé pedig frissen sült házi tepertős pogácsát adunk.

Desszertnek túrógombóc készül tejföllel.

Bableves, túrógombóc és 1 ital együtt 20 € / fő.

Ha hiányoznak az igazi, házias magyar ízek, vagy szívesen megmutatnád a magyar konyhát a barátaidnak is, szeretettel várunk vasárnap.
