Knowing me … knowing you - ah haaaa 👊🏻

Well - hi! i’m Javi. Laroc has been part of my life for 12 years now. But did you know, before i worked in hospitality i was a professional photographer and travelled around the World taking photos of many stars of film and theatre. 📷

I was born in February 1969 (you do the math) in Buenos Aires and grew up with a passion for food.

It wasn’t until I moved to Mallorca, that i began to work in restaurants - and now … 30 years on, you ser the results of a life long dream … Laroc 😊🇮🇹

Well as a true Argentina, my favourite food is of course Argentine steak with a little chimichurri on the side and i have been known to wash this down with my favourite cocktails … the Caipirinha, Brazils's national cocktail, made with cachaça, sugar, and lime.

My favourite band is the rolling stones and my favourite quote is ….

“The truly intelligent man is the one who appears to be an idiot in front of an idiot who thinks he is intelligent.

Well now you know a little more about me. And we love getting to know our customers!

As we say here .. people come to “our casa” as strangers and leave as friends. We look forward to meeting our many new friends this summer and greeting old friends 😁
