Our tasting menus, our terrace, our little dining room and a kind of cooking you won’t find in many places around Port de Pollença.

We like doing things our way, trying different things and having a bit of fun with what we put on the table.

We like doing things differently. And we love it when you love it too. 😉

Nos gusta hacer las cosas a nuestra manera, probar cosas diferentes y divertirnos un poco con lo que ponemos en la mesa.

Summer comes to an end, the season changes, and with it come new ingredients, new dishes and new reasons to get into the kitchen.

Our tasting menu follows the season: seasonal produce, technique and a few Kanalla twists along the way.

Summer may be over. The kitchen goes on.

Lo difícil, y también lo bonito de la cocina, es sorprender.

Hacer algo diferente con productos que parecen sencillos y cotidianos, pero que trabajamos con distintas técnicas para llevarlos a otro sitio.

Productos que muchos tenéis en casa, pero que quizá no os habíais imaginado así.

Porque al final, de eso va también la cocina: coger algo que conoces y darle una vuelta.
