Till våra kära gäster!
Touch of Sweden är nu stängt med omedelbar verkan.
Och det för gott tyvärr.
Våra förväntningar över att leverera Svensk/internationell mat med de finaste råvarorna nådde inte ut som vi hade hoppats på. Och självkart handlar det om ekonomi. Det antal gäster vi räknat med har uteblivit och vi har gång på gång peppat oss själva med att dom kommer. Så har det inte blivit. kanske beror det på en viss överetablering av krogar i Santa Catalina eller så beror det på oss själva. Det orkar vi inte spekulera i just nu. Hur som vill vi tacka de gäster som stöttat oss och njutit av maten vi producerat. Eran feedback har betytt enormt mycket för oss.
Vi hoppas att vi snart ses i ett annat sammanhang.

To our dear guests!
Touch of Sweden is now closed with immediate effect.
And for good unfortunately.
Our expectations were to deliver Swedish / international cuisine with the finest ingredients did not reach the level we had hoped for. And it is all about economics of course.
The number of guests we expected did not show up, and we have repeatedly tell ourselves that they're coming, they´re coming... That has not happened. Maybe it's because over establishment in Santa Catalina or maybe it depends on ourselves. In this we will not speculate right now. However, we would like to thank the guests who supported us and enjoyed the food we produced.
Your feedback has meant a huge deal for us.
We hope that we will soon be seeing you all in a different context.
