Qué buen sábado! 🙌 Muchísima gente se sumó a esta jornada organizada junto a , donde tuvimos entreno funcional, 6 km de running, voley, momentos de relax y el gran premio... ¡paella junto al mar! 🥘
Una comunidad hermosa disfrutando de todo lo que la playa de tiene para ofrecer.

What a great Saturday! ☀️
So many people joined us for this day organised together with Social Run, where we had functional training, a 6 km run, volleyball, time to relax and the grand prize... paella for everyone! 🥘
An amazing community enjoying everything Can Pastilla beach has to offer.

Plans for Saturday the 16th? We’ve got one 🎉🙌

Together with we’re meeting in Can Pastilla at 11:00 for a full Saturday by the sea.

We’ll start with a 6 km beach run 🏃‍♂️followed by a functional workout on the sand, all led by coach .aveldano🏅and then reward ourselves with paella by the sea 🥘🤤

After that, we stay and enjoy the beach: beach volleyball, sun and relax.

No need to be a pro.
Just bring good energy.

Arrancamos con 6 km de running por la playa 🏃‍♂️seguimos con entrenamiento funcional en la arena, todo guiado por el coach .aveldano y, como premio, paella frente al mar 🥘🤤

Después nos quedamos disfrutando de la playa: beach vóley, sol y relax.

No hace falta ser pro.
